The Law office of Matthew J. Kidd has recently resolved a case with a prestigious university involving a wrongful termination and subsequent retaliation.
The Plaintiff was terminated and received retaliatory treatment based on race.
The parties mediated the issue and reached a successful resolution of almost $100,000.
